Care Co-ops offers a range of services to learning disabled adults, adults with mental health support needs and adults returning to the labour market. Our range of services comprise:

Life Opportunities Service: The Life Opportunities Service provides a range of group activities during the day for both learning disabled adults and adults with mental health support needs. These activities take place both at Care Co-ops' main premises at Westergate Business Centre, as well as at other locations in the Brighton and Hove area. For further information, visit the Life Opportunities Groups section here.

Life Opportunities Employment and Training: The Life Opportunities Employment and Training Service supports adults with working or learning goals. For further information on the service, visit the Life Opportunities Employment and Training section here.

Floating Housing Support Service: The Housing Support Service provides support within people's own homes to adults with mental health support needs. Each individual service user has their own tailored programme of support to meet their needs, with the overriding aim being to enable each service user to live more independently. Each service user has their own designated Housing Support Worker and the service is able to support a range of needs. For further information on this service, please visit the Housing Service section here.

Catering and Retail Project: The Care Co-ops Catering and Retail Project is run by its trading umbrella, Nourish Enterprises. The project is responsible for the running of the 20:20 Café at East Brighton Community Mental Health Centre which provides hot and cold meals to patients and visitors to the hospital. The Project also runs the Millview Hospital Shop, a small hospital shop that provides a range of snacks and refreshments within Millview Hospital in Hove. Further details on the Catering and Retail Project here. Also please visit Nourish's website here.

Community Farm: The Care Co-ops Community Farm is a project based at Stanmer Park and provides an opportunity for service users and volunteers to participate in a range of horticultural and gardening activities on the site. The Farm also provides opportunities for businesses to take part in 'Team Challenge' days where participants undertake tasks helping to maintain the site. The Farm also co-ordinates the Wildlife Gardening Project which enables people to access support with maintaining their own gardens. The Community Farm uses organic gardening methods and sells its own produce. View further details on the Farm.
