The Routeway team support local people directly as well as referring to other work, learning, training and volunteering services and opportunities.

Routeway also works with local people and groups interested in setting up a social enterprise, particularly supporting the development of service user-led social enterprises and the creation of new opportunities for local marginalised people.

The service actively promotes the benefits of developing a more diverse workforce and seeks to raise the profile of social enterprise sector. For more information on our social enterprise initiatives, please click here.
