We charge rent at a rate of £18 per square foot per year for exclusive use of each office.

What is included
The Services provided within the Licence Fee include: broadband internet access, cycle storage, electricity and heating, water, cleaning of communal areas, building insurance, external maintenance and maintenance of communal areas, fire and intruder alarm systems.
Additional charges will apply for the following:

- phone calls
- photocopying
- recycling and rubbish collection
