Wagner Hall Venue Hire

Wagner Hall is a large and versatile space, which can accommodate anything from large conferences and meetings to intimate theatrical performances. The high stage area at the far end of the hall makes it ideal for all types of performances and productions. The large enclosed garden offers a flexible additional space, which can be used as part of your event, for breakout space and picnic lunches, which is ideal on a warm summers day.

The hall has good access (on street level) which is important for public meetings and especially events involving people with mobility issues.

Wagner Hall is located in central Brighton, just of West Street BN1 2RU

The hall has a capacity of 130.

Hire charges includes Wi-Fi, full access to the spacious garden area and catering space, including use of mugs, tumblers, plates, cutlery and a sink for washing up.

The hall carries a minimum hire charge of 3hrs and time is charged by the full hour.

Opening Hours

  • Daytime – Monday to Sunday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Evenings – 6pm to Midnight

Prices

  • Daytime Rate (Monday to Friday): £22 per hour or £150 for the full day (9 hours)
  • Daytime Weekend Rate: £30 per hour or £200 for the full day (9 hours)
  • Evening Rate: £30 per hour or £150 for the full evening (6 hours)

Equipment Hire

Care Co-ops can provide a full range of equipment for your event.

Charges are per session:

  • Flip Chart / White Board (includes paper and pens)  – £6.00
  • Overhead Projector  – £7.00
  • Projection Screen £4.00
  • DVD, TV or Video Player – £7.00 per unit
  • Portable PA Amplifier -  £15.00
  • Display Boards  – £6.00
  • Extra Microphone(s) for PA System  – £5.00 per unit

Please Note. These prices apply for the period 1st January 2012 to 31st December 2012. Care Co-ops reserves the right to review the price list after 30th April 2012.
